1. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our products, branding, or website content without express written permission from us.

2. Accuracy of Information

• While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.

• Fragrance Perception: Descriptions of scent notes (e.g., “Oud,” “Musk,” “Citrus”) are subjective. Individual experiences of a fragrance may vary and do not constitute a product defect.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to limited stock, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraud.

• Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched from our Manjeri facility, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping and COD Policy

• Shipping fees are calculated based on location and payment method:

  • Kerala: ₹59 (Prepaid) | ₹99 (COD)

  • Outside Kerala: ₹129 (Prepaid & COD)

• For COD orders, customers are obligated to pay the full invoice amount to the courier partner upon delivery. Refusal to accept a COD order without a valid reason may result in the customer being blacklisted from future COD purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and fragrance names, is the exclusive property of RIZMI PERFUMES LLP. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Rizmi Perfumes shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from the use of our products. We strongly recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manjeri/Malappuram, Kerala.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
