At Rizmi Perfumes, we strive for perfection in every bottle. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If the bottle is leaking, the spray pump is non-functional, or the glass is cracked upon arrival.
Incorrect Orders: If you received a different scent or size than what you ordered.
Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened and unused perfumes in their original cellophane/shrink-wrap and box within 7 days of delivery.
Note: We cannot accept returns for perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or used, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
2. How to Initiate a Request
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email info@rizmiperfumes.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9072 442 277 within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and the original invoice.
Approval: Once our team reviews your request, we will provide instructions for the return pickup or drop-off.
3. Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check.
Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during a Flash Sale or using a “Clearance” discount code.
Personalized or custom-blended fragrances.
Products missing the original packaging or serial numbers.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled but may be returned (if unopened) as per the guidelines above.
